About
Dr. Erik Olson grew up in Wisconsin, graduating from Lakeland High School in Minocqua. He received his bachelors of science in Biomedical Science from the University of Wisconsin and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville Missouri. Dr. Olson’s interest in musculoskeletal pain management and interventional physiatry led him back to the University of Wisconsin, where he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Olson has been with Alaska Spine Institute since 2012 and specializes in neuromusculoskeletal medicine, interventional procedures and EMG (Electromyography). When he is not at work you can find Dr. Olson enjoying time with his wife and children in the great Alaskan outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking and traveling.
