Dr. Eugene M. Chang ranks as one of Alaska’s foremost foot and ankle surgeons. As one of the handful of surgeons United States with experience in total ankle replacement surgery, Dr. Chang performs complex foot reconstruction, ligament and bone reconstruction, as well as arthroscopic evaluation of the ankle and treats more common foot ailments such as bunions.

Dr. Chang’s training includes a fellowship in ankle/foot surgery and sports medicine at the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders. He previously served as Chair of the Providence Department of Orthopedics. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Anchorage Orthopedic Society.
