Dr. Schweiger is board certified and fellowship trained in orthopedic trauma surgery. Dr. Schweiger practices general orthopedics with an emphasis on sports medicine and knee and hip arthroscopy including the treatment of Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI). He possesses expertise in complex fracture care, as well as pelvic acetabular, and post-traumatic reconstructions.
After attaining his M.D. from the University of Southern California Medical School, Dr. Schweiger served both a general surgery internship and an orthopedic surgery residency at Ohio State University. He then went on to complete his Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
